How it works

The editing process is simple. If you have content that needs editing, send it to us using the contact form, and we’ll respond to you within 24 hours. We’ll confirm our rate and give you an estimate of when your content will be ready.

Once you give us the go-ahead, we’ll start working on your content, improving every part of it until it is clear, professional, error-free, and yet retains your own unique voice.

Editing that includes you

Because the content belongs to you, you deserve to be involved in its improvement. That’s why during the editing process we’ll be in touch to update you on the progress of your content and ask about any parts of it that may be unclear. And if you ever have any questions yourself, we’re always just an email or phone call away.

When it’s completed, we’ll return the content to you with our improvements clearly marked. All of our edits are recorded with the “Track Changes” feature found in standard word-processing programs, which ensures that you have final say over how your content appears on your website.

That said, we know each project has its own demands and each client has his or her own style of working. While we like to keep things simple, we’re also flexible in adapting the process so that you end up with the best possible content. Whatever it takes, we want to help you make your point.
